London and Buckinghamshire- based freelance food stylist and assistant, recipe developer and tester, and home economist. I also host supper clubs, takes commissions for celebration cakes and work as a private chef.  

 

A Leiths School of Food and Wine Diploma graduate, I worked on titles including BBC Good Food, Country Living and Good Housekeeping magazines on a freelance basis, before taking a full-time, in-house role at Good Housekeeping in September 2016. As Cookery Assistant, I supported the team in creating stand-out content across both the print and digital offerings. This included recipe testing, development and styling for print, plus developing and styling video content reaching millions of viewers on social channels.

I then joined the food team at award-winning Delicious magazine in October 2017 and since then have had the opportunity to develop an extensive editorial portfolio of recipe-writing and food-styling.

 

Over the last 3 1/2 years I have tested and developed hundreds of recipes, prepared for dozens of shoots, sourced specialist ingredients, managed test kitchens and honed my copy writing and editing skills. I've been involved in producing and presenting creative, seasonal and original ideas and content;  researching, compiling and meticulously proof-reading features; assisting on the Good Housekeeping Food Awards and the Delicious Produce Awards, and preparing for shoots. 

I am also a keen and dedicated Showjumper and I have just returned from my first successful International competition at Oliva Nova in Spain. In addition to competing myself, I also create engaging content for the social media channels I manage for individuals and teams. 

I am available from December 2019 for recipe development and testing, food styling and assisting, and as a home economist.
